  3. Click Campaign beside the Continue button. The Compose window will switch to campaign mode.
  4. Add your recipients or choose a contact group, then enter a subject line.
  5. Compose your message. You can use HTML templates to create a more polished and professional email design.
  6. Click Continue, then select Send a campaign.

What happens after I send my campaign?

  • After sending, you can find the campaign in your Sent folder. Campaign emails are marked "This thread was sent through the Email Campaigns” to indicate they were sent using the email campaign feature.
  • Read receipts are automatically included, allowing you to see which recipients have opened your email and measure engagement.
  • When recipients reply to your campaign, their responses will appear in separate email threads.

Save campaign emails as reusable templates

If you plan to use a campaign design again, you can save it as a template while creating the campaign.

  • Click Save this campaign in templates for future use, during the campaign setup process.
  • The saved template will be available under My Templates in the Templates section of the compose window.

Using templates can help you maintain consistency across future communications and save time when creating new campaigns.

Personalise email campaigns with mail merge

Mail merge allows you to personalise campaign emails for individual recipients using the following contact details:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address

The system automatically replaces these placeholders with the corresponding details stored in your Titan contacts list when the campaign is sent.

You can also assign default values for fields that may be missing. For example, if a contact does not have a first name saved, a greeting such as "Hi <first-name>" can display as "Hi Friend" when you set "Friend" as the default value.

If no default value is specified, empty fields will simply be omitted from the final message.

Understand unsubscribe options

Recipients can choose to stop receiving future campaign emails by using the unsubscribe option included in your messages. Providing an unsubscribe mechanism is required in many regions and helps ensure compliance with email communication regulations.

Each campaign automatically includes a unique unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. Through this link, recipients can:

  • Unsubscribe from future campaign emails
  • Resubscribe later if they change their preference

You'll receive a notification whenever a recipient unsubscribes or resubscribes.

All set

You've learned how to create and send email campaigns, save reusable templates, personalise messages with mail merge, and manage subscriber preferences. With these tools, you can deliver professional communications more efficiently while keeping your audience engaged and informed.
