How To Set Up Email on Your iPhone or iPad for iOS11
In this tutorial, we'll show you how to set up your iPhone or iPad to check and send email for iOS11.
Make sure you've created your email address in the Hosting Manager for Linux Web Hosting, or Plesk for Windows Hosting, before setting it up on your iPhone or iPad.

Setting Up iPhone or iPad Email for iOS11
These are the steps you need to follow to set up your iPhone or iPad to check your email for iOS11:
- From the home screen, tap Settings.
- Tap Accounts & Passwords.
- Select Add Account.
- Select Other.
- Select Add Mail Account.
- Fill in the information on the New Account screen, then tap Next.
Below are descriptions for the fields:
Name Enter the identifying name for your email account. Email Enter the full email address. Password Enter the corresponding email address password. Description (Optional) Enter a short description for this email account.
- Choose between IMAP or POP.
IMAP is the latest protocol used to retrieve messages from a server. By using this, you can access your full email history using any other device.
POP, on the other hand, is an older model of communication. It downloads messages and deletes them from the server. What is great about this protocol is that you do not consume that much online disk space.

- Under the Incoming Mail Server section, enter the following information:
Below are descriptions for the fields:
Host Name Standard settings are mail.yourdomain.com (Replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain). User Name Enter your full email address. Password Enter the password you use for this email address.
- Under the Outgoing Mail Server section, enter the following information:

Host Name Standard settings are mail.yourdomain.com (Replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain). User Name Enter your full email address. Password Enter the password you use for this email address.
- Tap Next.
By default, the iPhone or iPad will try to set up all connections with SSL enabled. If you do not use the correct SSL host name, you may receive an error.
If you see an error that says Cannot connect using SSL, select Yes. This will force the phone to use the non-SSL settings.
NOTE: This process can take up to 15 minutes, depending on your internet speed. Just wait for the phone to process the information.
