How to remove yourself from Web Analytics

You can exclude yourself from the Web Analytics statistics like this:

  1. Click Sign Up / Log In at the top of this page.
  2. Ensure that Account Manager is selected.
  3. Enter your username and password and click Log In.
  4. Click on the Visit My Account button.
  5. Click on Analytics in the menu bar at the top of the page.
  6. Select the Web Analytics you wish to manage. If only one of your products is registered with Web Analytics, you will be taken directly to its management page.
  7. Click the Site Reports button on the right.
  8. If asked, enter your username and password and click Log In.
  9. Click on Preferences under your web site's section.
  10. Click Visitor Tags & Filters.
  11. Click IP / UID.
  12. Click Add New Visitor Tag & Filter.
  13. Type your external IP address and name the filter so you can identify yourself in the stats.
  14. Click Submit.

Congratulations, you have excluded yourself from the statistics.
