Site Broken After Malware Removal: What to Do?

If you just got a ticket update saying that we're done working on your site and it's all clean but your site is looking broken, no worries! We can help out.

First, it's good to clear your browser's cache and to try accessing your site from other browsers, just to be sure the problem is indeed with the site.

Secondly, try clicking on Scan Now under Site Reports results to make sure it's not a caching issue.

Then, if the problem persists, please update the ticket with the issues you are having. If you have screenshots of what the site is supposed to look like it's even better. You can add images to the ticket by using or others.
