How to Add Fax Credit

Fax to Email is a service that lets you use your email address to send and receive faxes. It is a modernised and hassle-free version of your traditional fax machine — where every transaction can be instantly done online.

To be able to send faxes, you need to add enough Fax Credit to your account.

Fax Credit is an internal currency that can be used to send Faxes. Note that you will only be charged for sending faxes, not receiving. Once you have used up all your Fax Credits, you can purchase additional Credits by following the steps below:

  1. Click Sign Up / Log In at the top of this page.
  2. Select Account Manager from the drop-down menu.
  3. Enter your username and password, then click Log In.
  4. Click on the Visit My Account button.
  5. Click Email Fax at the top menu.
  6. Click Fax Credit on the left-side menu.
  7. Select your desired Credit Amount in the corresponding drop-down menu.
  8. Choose your Payment Option, then click on the Pay & Activate or Complete Order button.

Congratulations! You just added Fax Credit.
